30-day returns
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. Your item must be unused and in its original packaging. Hang on to your proof of purchase — you'll need it.
How to start a return
Just email us at care@soulea.com.au and we'll take it from there. Once your return is approved, send it to: 76 Derby Street, Pascoe Vale, Melbourne, Victoria 3044, Australia. Please don't send anything back before hearing from us — we won't be able to process it.
Something arrived damaged or wrong?
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything looks off, email us at care@soulea.com.au straight away and we'll sort it out quickly.
Exchanges
The easiest way to swap is to return your item and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we'll let you know the outcome. If everything looks good, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks can sometimes take a little longer to show it on your end. If it's been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and nothing's appeared, reach out at care@soulea.com.au and we'll look into it.
